Manning on the mark in Nivelles; Irish juniors shine in Mannheim

Cliodhna Manning slightly surprised even herself to run a European U23 qualifying time in the 100m with 11.71 seconds at the EAP meeting in Nivelles, Belgium. Kelly Proper was a few strides ahead in 11.59 – she ran 11.57 earlier in the day while Manning also ran a windy 11.61
