Kenyan Trials To Be a Showcase In Depth

The Kenyan Trials take place this coming weekend and it is veritable who’s who of World’s best distance runners.
There are 21 men quicker than 1.46.2, 21 athletes under 3.36.7 and 16 men under 13:22. It’s a disturbing array of quality.

Tuka Poised For Beijing Surprise

The man who shocked the world of 800m running in Monaco, winning in 1:42.51, speaks to the IAAF about his big breakthrough this season. “On his IAAF Diamond League debut, he took apart a stellar field including world champion Mohammed Aman and Olympic silver medallist Nijel Amos with a searing finish to break his national record for the third time this year, setting a mark of 1:42.51.”
