2. Kiprop And Kimetto Are Agent Free
The Kenyan Athletics Federation has suspended two athlete agencies which has affected many top stars including Marathon WR holder Dennis Kimetto and 1500m Olympic champion Asbel Kiprop. Rosa & Associati, run by an Italian Gabriele Rosa, and Volare Sports, run by the Dutchman Gerard van de Veen have been handed six-month suspensions by the federation pending the results on doping investigations.

3. Oregon Duck Counts His Chickens…
Oregon athlete Tanguy Pepiot was left red-faced after being pipped on the line of his steeplechase race at the weekend after he celebrated early down the home-straight. Watch the video below and cringe.


4. Schools Stars Banned
Two of Jamaica’s brightest young talents Jaheel Hyde and Michael O’Hara look set to be banned from competing in the high school section of the Penn Relays due to their sponsorship agreements. They are still eligable to compete in the professional section should they be selected.

5. Ennis-Hill For Anniversary Games
Jessica Ennis-Hill will return to the scene of her greatest triumph on 24/25 July as she has confirmed she will compete in the London anniversary games in the 2012 Olympic stadium.
