English and Gregan for Flame Games; McCormack in Lille Half-Marathon

Mark English and Brian Gregan continue their season in Amsterdam tomorrow evening at the Flame Games competing the 600m and 400m respectively. English (UCD) will be looking to improve on his personal best of 1:16.14 which he set when finishing second in Ostrava earlier this summer behind world 800m silver medallist Adam Kszczot. Gregan (Clonliffe Harriers) is slated for the 400m and you can view their starting line-ups here

Meanwhile, Fionnuala McCormack (nee Britton; Sli Cualann) continues her marathon build-up in the Lille half marathon tomorrow (Saturday).

An Riocht’s Laura Crowe has a mini racing spree in Italy. Crowe races over 800m on Sunday in Padua, over 1500m on Tuesday in Rovereto and again over 800m in Rieti on Sunday week

Gerard O'Donnell is an athlete, physical therapist, and MSc student. He is current national 110m hurdles champion and ranks 3rd & 5th on the Irish all-time list for the sprint hurdles events. He is occasionally referred to as GOD, not due to his initials, but because of his heavenly beard, which he has sported since the age of 5.
